At Es Performance & Outdoor Inc., we aim to dispatch in-stock items within 24 to 48 hours after your order placement, not accounting for time in transit. Items that we carry in inventory are ready to be shipped immediately upon order confirmation.
For custom orders, shipping times can vary based on the specific details of the order. We encourage you to contact us directly for more precise information regarding shipping times for these items.
We believe in fair billing, so charges are not processed at the time of order. Instead, we adjust shipping charges to reflect the actual cost of shipping.
We reserve the right at ES Performance Inc. to upgrade or change the shipping method you select to a faster service. We may also alter the shipping service to an appropriate one when the chosen service cannot be used.
For orders shipped outside the continental US and to international destinations, we utilize USPS Global unless another option is specified. Shipping rates for international orders will be adjusted post-order placement, and any Flat rate or Free shipping promotions will be amended accordingly to reflect actual shipping costs.
For international customers, please be advised that ES Performance Inc. is not liable for any additional charges imposed by customs offices or any Duty and VAT taxes that may be applicable. We recommend checking with your local customs offices before placing an order.
Once an item is released to the shipping company, Es Performance & Outdoor Inc. is not responsible for the product or the delivery timeline. In the event of a damaged package or missing items, it is crucial that the customer retains all packaging for inspection by the shipping agency and notifies Es Performance & Outdoor Inc. within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot file a loss claim without the packaging.

Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the purchase date. All items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, with all hangtags and labels, and in their original packaging. Items that are defective due to manufacturing processes are eligible for exchange or return.
